Please ensure the following software is installed prior to the installation of the VoIP Fax Receiver.

Required Software:

Microsoft Exchange

Operating System:

• 32-bit or 64-bit Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Windows Server 2008 R2 (all editions, releases and service packs)
• Windows Server 2008 (all editions, releases and service packs)
• Windows Server 2003 (all editions, releases and service packs)
• Windows Server 2012

Other Software:

Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1:

On all versions of Windows except 2008 R2, Microsoft .NET Framework can be downloaded from the Microsoft web site, or installed through Windows Update.

For Windows 2008 R2, it is a “feature” which must be installed via Server Manager.
